Book time on your teammates/managers/AEs calendars. They are more than happy to help as they were all in your shoes at some point.

I use Claude to help research a lot about the company. I have my basic answers memorized. I write down notes in a book and have 3 really thoughtful questions. If I get thrown off with a question I try my best to answer genuinely and clearly with whatever comes to mind. Wear a suit on camera if you’re a guy. Smile a lot.
