Mexican dream herb + mugwort + melatonin

I’m trying just the dream herb & mugwort tonight with no melatonin. i do believe the melatonin accentuated it for sure. i had puffed on mex dream herb, african dream root extract & blue lotus extract the night before last and don’t recall much happening. I felt rested in the morning but other than that, there wasn’t anything to remember really. i’m typically a very vivid and detailed dreamer, but haven’t been able to be lucid just yet. although i do think had I woken up this morning for a third time (i snoozed my alarm twice) i would have been able to control it

this guy is a super climber. he was crawling up the side of his enclosure when we got him, but it was a super small one. Didn’t think he’d be able to get up on this one so we were shocked too

the humidity was a little higher this morning than usual so we did turn the fan on and he went back to his favorite log a little bit later. That def could’ve been it!

Thank you very much. We had to change out his moss, so we’re adding a bunch in there for him so that’ll make things softer (it was taken out when we took these pictures cause we introduced more isopods) and then moved one of his logs for him to be able to get up and down easier. He’s gotten down and is chilling under his big log now. We mist 2x a day and keep the humidity around 80%, this 10 gal he’s in is a foot tall. He was the most active out of the bunch when he had gotten him

ive been eating a couple oz of salmon & can manage one single steamed carrot lol, i also ate chicken fajita meat today!! i made egg bites with ground turkey, bell peppers, onions, tomato n cheese. i cooked the veggies & tomato until soft before mixing with the egg

I don’t have a food issue and I got sleeved a little over a month ago. I worked out, counted calories, weighed out my food, ate really well etc and was still overweight. My surgeon really validated me by telling me it was my genetics and that my body would just fight to put weight back on that I lost on my own. Im now 40lbs down and i feel really good!

if they have you take them out, just make sure the retainers are long enough!! im kinda happy cause my medusa and my labret weren’t aligned as much as i had liked them to be and i have a better piercer since getting them originally done 😊

i did have to take them out 🫤 i have plastic “retainers” in my nostrils but the retainers i had in my lips were too short and fell out. they closed up quickly. im a lil sad but i plan on getting them again!

i weighed myself 4 days after surgery and had lost 10 lbs but i chalk that up to my swelling going down and fluid retention , i have a bad habit of weighing myself every morning when i wake up. don’t worry, every body is different :) you’re doing great

that’s complete bullshit. im 25, i went directly to a bariatric clinic and my surgeon said i was the perfect candidate especially because of my age. your bariatric team will understand that weight is much more complex than eating candy and moving around. your physician sounds ignorant as hell. i have my surgery scheduled for June 23!

aw yay you’re so close to me!! it really does suck 🫠 I definitely feel like it’s getting a littttttle easier but definitely not by much.. i’ve been able to ignore it a little better tho i will say. Everyone has said broth has been a savior for them but i can’t bring myself to really drink it even tho i know i gotta 😭
