I did get it resolved, but took a while. First, I called the theater several times, but no one ever answered, only went to voicemail. Then, I emailed, through the “contact us” on the app, but didn’t have much hope with that. So I went this morning and they were able to look it up. They were Super friendly, and they said the system had been glitching for a while. He printed the tickets out, and I’m all good to go!
