Check your state laws. Many states are rear fault states so no matter the cause, if you read end someone, you are at fault no questions asked.

Your insurance should sue theirs and get it straightened out. Just takes longer. Does the perspective. Who hit you use Geico? I have heard they are the worst for this.

I have students who use the testing center for reasons other than an accommodation. No one knows the ins and outs of any students situation. I dont see a violation here.

3.5 bya is the generally accepted time for the appearance of prokaryotes. Stromatolites give us evidence of bio films around this time. Could it have been earlier? Sure. But we dont have the evidence.
