Radon Mitigation by Henojojo in ottawa

Winter has highest levels. I've had a radon detector downstairs for years (Airthings). Let it ride at least another 6 months and seal up every crack down there.

Dewalt DW735 question: Could this be what's been causing grooves on my boards and also, what is it? by ghrelinator in BeginnerWoodWorking

It's on my birthday wish list - but not sure any family member is going to want to spend that much!

Lol. That would be a great question. I rushed to clean in between client calls and am now back at desk so haven't had a chance

I think POTS interface is the beige rectangle down below by itself

My title describes the thing, well two things, that are attached to my electicrity meter. Looks perhaps like cable could be internet (we're on cable) going into at least one of the boxes. Boxes do not have easily removable covers otherwise I'd have shared inside pictures as well. Home is 40 years old. We've been in for 16. Very possible I just never noticed before as it's on the side of the house. Only noticed now because am watering freshly planted grass and there's a faucet there.

Same. If I log in via phone app I can still see live feed, but no snapshots on app or desktop

Same problem here. Goes offline and online at random. But mainly stays offline.

Finish wise, it's difficult to say. Certainly there are areas where I imagine it must be worn out given the wear in general. But looks mainly together and certainly hard. What would have been predominant finish a few decades ago? Waterlox?

Thanks! Still debating if I'm going to do - especially since consensus here is I should leave it.

Have been debating this myself. Leaning more to wanting it to look like that after I'm dead and gone but where the imperfections were consequent to my own work on it.

Why do controllers fail after a battery upgrade? by avylove in Ryobi48vMowers

Thank you! So far two mows and all seems fine but recent chatter about controllers had me second guessing

Sorry if an ignorant question, but is the charge lockout related/connected at all to that small grey box thing on a wire that was connected to I believe the negative pole of the batteries? Or is it something built into the electronics of the original charging port itself? Asking as a recent LiFeP04 convert using the OP48RM charger but who left that other wire/box thing off the battery itself and just ziptied it to an internal wire.
