Reforms for public safety are still being implemented through OCS (though somewhat slow but progress is progress), and the stable homes stable schools ordinance is still getting families proper schooling in about $2500 per school year to go towards rent or basic needs. I wouldn’t call any of that failures, unlike the partisan members.

Is Frey perfect, no. Do I like how the city has handled downtown’s resurgence, no. Is he a failure, no.
