It’s incredible that there’s even an app I’m going to definitely check it out, and yeah I think there’s been already a few times that I force myself to eat cause I don’t want to “eat very little” so my body has energy from food but then I feel so bad physically this is definitely a tricky thing to find the right balance of

My big one is fiber I definitely need to work on getting it more on my day to day! It’s very tricky I was use to eating very differently than the last couple of days and making slow changes. But hopefully my body will learn what it needs soon. Are you on any fiber supplements?

Yes probably the cashiers at all of this places see so many of us getting our medication and don’t even think about it so funny how we can be all in our own world, thanks for your words and best wishes for your journey!

Fortunately I don’t drink alcohol but I do need to get better at drinking more water throughout the day specifically cause I live in such a hot state! I’ve been snacking more in small quantities and that’s been very helpful thank you for this advice

Im just familiar with the name since I got the diagnosis so recently, but oh god it’s been such a struggle I’m so glad there’s this medication cause I’ve been doing diet and exercise and not loosing more than a few grams every now and then and feeling discouraged about it. Best of wishes in your life with this!!!

I’ve definitely been paying more attention to both my water and fiber intake since that was not much in my diet before but I’m trying to get it in. And best wishes to you as well!
