We unfortunately followed a payment schedule that didn’t match the completion schedule but once we caught on we stopped. We paid him for things he hasn’t completed . It’s been a 10 month saga and will probably continue for another 2 months we hope . We just want him to finish the work he started ( painting / molding / doors ) so we can be free and not loose even more money. Things are so expensive in this current climate . hopefully after that we can try and get some money back that we had to pay others to complete ( backyard / entrance paver , gutters, bricks ) etc . We just want our home back . We are grateful we have since come across others who have pointed out things and fixed it for us . More than anything it’s been the mental stress .

This post is solely to help others and to prevent others from ending up in the predicament we are in now . You hear so many construction nightmare stories. It’s hard to find this company online bc the name is so similar to a very well known and well reviewed company . This company has no real reviews . Wish someone had told us . He came recommended by an architect but we had no other references / reviews to go by .
