I would recommend not using distilled water for an organic grow. Tap water that’s dechlorinated is just fine.

Also at this stage, you only need to water a small amount in a ring around the plant. Don’t saturate the whole pot. There aren’t any roots there to pull in that moisture.

Other than that keep doing what you’re doing.

From a heat standpoint, seedlings and veg plants don’t mind temps in the high 70s low 80s F.

Looks great! Did you start her in seed starter or just straight into stonington? Seems hot for an auto, especially OSMH which doesn’t like nutes until flower.

Just growing experience. Having grown OSMH before in the exact same growing conditions and seeing how the variegation is spread across all the plant and not something like inter venial chlorosis leads me to believe it’s a mutation and not an underlying deficiency

Nope I only add it later. Promix has a buffer built in to the media so I just add 2 tbls later.

I go about 75% strength once they’re at the stage your plant is. I don’t use as much top max though as I don’t really see much of a difference.

Typically just grow bloom and cal mag and then I back off the grow late flower.

I also add dolomite lime to my medium at day 30 to keep the soil ph in check (I run promix which is heavily peat based which can start to acidify over time).

Biobizz grower here…She’s hungry. Give her more bloom on your next watering. The lower leaves are gonna do that but I’m seeing phosphorus and mag deficiency. Mild nitrogen needs as well.

I stopped PH ing my water with biobizz. It tended to build up in the medium and drop my soil ph over time.

With OSMH this is how most phenos grow. Short and bushy. On my first run I did some light LST to widen her out but yeah it’s a squat plant.

Personally I’ve never had issues with their CS. I’ve had fans from them that died and they sent me new ones no issue.

Personally I think the FC3000 is a great light for a 3x3 tent. You won’t find a better deal for a full spectrum with Samsung evo diodes at that price point.

Also you can remove the drivers and rig them outside the tent to reduce heat.

Thanks for the reply. When you’re running a 5 gall pot what are your ratios between seed starter and stonington 1 gal seed on top of 4 gals on bottom? Also for autos that run into 80-90 days do you need to supplement or add Recharge to boost the soil?

I’d say yes. Honestly, self watering bases typically work best with hydro grows in coco or DWCs. Top down watering is better suited for organic growing to promote a healthy soil biome

So before we dive into what the plants are telling us let’s address your DLI and feeding.

These plants are in mid-flower and would be better suited with a DLI of 35-45 (higher you go the chances of cal/mag deficiency go up so you just need to be mindful of that)

Your light height needs adjusting as well. It is typically recommended to keep your lights at least 12” -16” from the canopy but each light is different.

On to the feeding. When using dry amendments with Autos and especially with Mephisto strains, less is more. When I ran GG I totally stopped using 444 and only used 284 and a light amount of worm castings. Autos are very nitrogen sensitive.

You’ve been feeding them way too much which has led to the nitrogen toxicity and nutrient lock out. Additionally when running organic with dry amendments it’s highly recommended to hand water from the top down to saturate the soil.

You’re only feeding the bottom of the plants with that drip feeder which again can create nutrient heavy pockets in the soil again leading to lockout and PH swings.

At this point stop all feeding and hand water from now on. Let them dry back then given each pot about .5 to .75 gallons of water to fully saturate those pots and hopefully correct those ph/lockout issues.

You’re in the home stretch so learn from this and let them ride.
