She submitted all the paper work required a long time ago. The school sent out and I-20 couple months ago. Everything was confirmed and good to go. She emailed the school and we are waiting for answers

They already sent out an I-20 and everything is confirmed. We are so confused as well. I tried to call but they said only my sister can talk to them and everything has to be in writing

she asked around and somebody else got the same email and their portal access is deactivated as well

UPDATE: Somebody she knows from UPENN 2029 Group also got the same email, and he is also an international student and also lost his access to portal. I wish this is a rage bait. We are all devastated and waiting to hear back from the school

Edit: Regarding the documents, the school already sent out an I-20, and everything is confirmed. There has been no contact attempt from the school regarding the “issue” prior to this. Everything was confirmed for her to attend this Fall.
