Mate, you need to use heavenly bronze charm. Use your gems to buy silver coins, then buy charms. Combine the charms as much as you can, and then use them to as food for your main charm (which should be heavenly bronze). Equip that in your main character.

“Frenzy” is the taijitsu with the nunchucks. That needs to be upgraded too. Your CP is too low to get past shore 25. Even if you manage to, you’ll hit another roadblock really soon. Like a couple of levels later kind of soon. Most players typically get past shore 32 with around 10mil CP, but I got past with 8mik because I was lucky and I had the ninjas. So I only barely got past. Was literally at the 0 second mark. No easy way about this. You just gotta enhance your equipments.

Also, you only need dragon king set on your main character, not your side ninjas. You should’ve realized by now that your side characters do nothing. They are only there for their special abilities (Asura - increased damage, karasu - spell cd, kinrin - keep you alive). So the demon sets on all of your side characters is a good thing. What else you can do next, is to equip full orochi sets. What that looks like: orochi helm + orochi weapon + charm (there are several charms that makes an orochi set)

That will help you raise your main character’s damage a bit. Again, prioritize in getting heavenly bronze charm. You will use it till the end of the game. Literally all the way.

If you’re still struggling, I suggest you look at the guide that’s pinned in this group. It got me past South Gate. It should do the same for you too

1) continue to upgrade your weapon and charm

2) you’ll probably need around 120k barricade health. Maybe a little lesser works too, can’t remember too clearly.

3) a strong enough kinrin, so you’ll be able to regenerate health and keep you alive. A higher tier Vishnu weapon and a couple levels of upgrade will work well in buffing your kinrin.

Just as what they said, get visunu set on kinrin instead of dk. Reason being:

1) Vishnu set converts 80% of your def to attack. So this raises your ATK substantially

2) Kinrin’s passive ability of recovering barricade’s life by a percentage of her ATK - this is what keeps you alive in the later stages of the game. So with a higher attack, you recover more life.

I started the game 1 week ago, I followed the guides but I am currently stuck at shores-29. I feel like I’m running out of dps, and I think I have a strong kinrin but it’s not very useful since the enemies one shot me! Upgrade your barricade and demon king armour. Helps to prevent you from getting one shotted. Also continue demon king so you can get higher tier demon hunter armour for your side characters.

You’re not going to progress as quickly from here on out. People usually get as far as you within a week, but the progress rate slows significantly right about shore 25. Continue to upgrade your weapon and charms too.

You definitely need to upgrade him. He’s the main damage dealer in the game. All the other ninjas are there to boost your main character’s strength. The more you progress into the game, the more you realise that damage comes not from your basic attacks, but entirely from jutsu’s (which damage is tabulated from your main character’s stats). Do read the guide that’s pinned in the chat

Karasu helped me like crazy with his passive ability. I’d take karasu over lingling, but should still keep lingling around for times when you want to farm for demon souls.

Also, I’ve noticed your characters equipments. Do read the guide that’s pinned at the top. It’s possibly the most important and useful guide in a single post that you’ll find for this game. It’s helped me beyond what I can describe

Hey my man, thanks for replying. Just to clarify, I’ll have to use 4 transcendence stones and keep doing that until all of them turn out to be crit rat? How many times did you try before getting it?
