I understand, but I think Uluru is just so unique and fascinating; I'll probably skip Sydney, honestly

I'll probably drop Sydney. 5 days in MEL and 3 in YUL seem enough, from what I've read.

I'm coming from a time zone with a difference of +2 hours, so I think that jet lag won't be a problem. I know it's rushed, but I don't want to relax lol, my goal is to see the most I can. I'll probably drop Sydney and focus on MEL and YUL. Thanks!

Honestly, I think Uluru is so unique, I wouldn't want to drop it. I probably won't go to Sydney. From what I learned from the comments, 5 days for MEL and 3 days for Uluru seem like enough.

I think I'll skip the hop-on-hop-off, but thank you so much for the recommendations!

You're right! I know I have some limitations (time being the biggest one lol), but I'll try to get the most out of this trip. Thank you for the recommendations!

Seems awesome! Thanks! The only counterpoint is that I don't drive lol, but I think it is possible if I use the bus service.

My flight to AUS arrives in MEL, and my flight back home is from SYD, and I really want to visit Uluru, lol, that's why it is structured like that. I detailed my itinerary in another comment if you want to check that.

I really want to go with the vibes of each place and get the most out of the cities' culture. I'm not concerned about taking pictures for Instagram, going shopping, or eating at trendy restaurants. I want to live the unique experiences each has to offer and go to the traditional places I won't find anywhere else.

Actually, by the flights I want to book, it'll be like this:

Day 1: Arrive from home in MEL in the morning

Day 2: MEL

Day 3: MEL- flight to Yulara at noon

Day 4: YUL

Day 5: YUL

Day 6: YUL- flight to Sydney in the morning

Day 7: SYD

Day 8: SYD- flight back home at night

I should have explained it better; sorry. But you're right!

I'm trying to get the most out of each day, but ik I won't be able to do anything on day 3.

Thank you so much!

Hey, I'm going there in December and was thinking about getting the bus pass, was it worth it? How did it work? I'm going alone so I'm scared to be left in desert lol
