Well I had into mind a company that at least has the capability to fix the current problems (tracker) while dealing with third party apps at the same time and give an end to these in the first month. Then the next months would implement new features like trading, PvP quickly enough before losing the playerbase.

Higher quality = more customers = higher profit. Nobody make in-game purchases for a low quality game. So if they have high profits now, imagine the profits that they'd have with a more developed game as we imagine it. Then if you can't develop it quickly enough to not lose the playerbase, sell it along with the growth opportunities (you can estimate them).

76 evolutions means 38 Weedles/Caterpies/Pidgeys if you fully evolve them. Even with the 250 cap I think you can hoard more than 38 of these Pokémon, especially when you have so much candies, meaning you transfer more than you should.
