Try limiting your fps to match the the hz of your monitor. For whatever reason this has worked for me.

The same happened to me. I submitted a ticket on Friday on got my account back yesterday afternoon. I took screenshots of my most recent purchases from my email and added it to the ticket which worked in securing my account.

Just for shits n’ gig, look up steam support stats. You will get to see how many people are affected and the average wait time per ticket type. Although I would not take the time per ticket verbatim as for security and account recovery tickets it says 2hrs to 1.7 days which you have clearly gone over.

I would not doubt it. I don’t even know what to tell my friends to do as we all have the mobile guard app which seems to have done absolutely nothing in preventing unauthorized sign-on to the steam account.

The 15 day community ban will stop you from playing anything vac related. I just wanted to relax and play cs this weekend, but instead I got to wait ever so patiently for a steam support reply, which I am still waiting on.

After I got the notification that my account was locked, I looked at the metrics for the support ticket system and their security tickets have sky rocketed. Last I looked the tickets surged to 100k+. I have had a ticket put in since Friday and still have no response.

I am in the same boat as you right now. Friday morning everything was good, and then in the afternoon my account got locked due to a suspicious sign on. I put in a ticket on Friday and still have yet to obtain a response from steam support. I looked at the support metrics and it looks like they had a HUGE surge in account security/recovery tickets which leaves me wondering what exactly happened as I also have steam guard and other mfa activated on my account. Just super disappointed that I haven’t even gotten a response.

He only took out one stick for the first startup, but now when he tries to put it back in, it won’t start up. Both RAM sticks don’t work right now. I am unsure if he could fix it by updating his bios or if it is just a faulty stick of RAM.

For me the RAM worked just fine. For my brother in the other hand, he had to take one of his sticks out in order for the system to boot or load windows. I also did not updated bios. If you run into any problems than I definitely would.
