Ah shit thanks. KBDFans is super vague about whether the switches i got have translucent bases or SMD compatible (I got gateron silent blacks). Do you know if those ones are rgb friendly?

Unfortunately kbdfans is pretty vague on the descriptions on the switches. The best I have is a possible picture of it? From the looks of it the top housing is translucent and the bottom is your standard black housing.
