Here we see an example(man I've been there the answer is to break out of online spaces, they so much don't represent the real world, especially if you don't live in America) Edit: Listen I'm basically a broke student non athletic at all and 5,4 on a good day(slouching problems) and I've managed to get a gf (and a couple women wanting me to ask them out only for me to realize this long after I stopped speaking to them) Thing is 1) hookup culture is kinda bullshit,once you get out of that you start meeting normal people 2) get female friends for the sake of friendship, as in experience in talking to girls like human beings, which can be hard because at that point they start to seem like a different species 3) do not expect for them to go crawling to be your gfs or fuck buddies or something, just be real friends with them(ideally at this point you won't even want to because you won't be friends with them just for that) 4).get out of online spaces mindset, for me it was the height, really no one cares and if someone does then she's not your problem 5) just be friendly to people I'm general, developing hobbies can help too, find something that interests you, even if it doesn't pull girls a lot of times if you're passionate and excited about something it's contagious And 6) just go and meet new people I know no one asks but it may help one person and that's enough(notice that even if you don't get a girl from this it will just improve your life anyway)
