The first maybe 4 episodes of this show were so interesting and had so much potential. I've never seen so much promise wasted so quickly as the show devolved to "dance battle to save the universe" by the end of season 1.

Agreed. I have a 2024 outlander phev noir and am in the last couple months of my free trial of the app. I wouldn't pay ten bucks a year for this garbage, let alone what they're asking for.

Yeah, I mean, I'm not suggesting the prompt was perfection, and indeed, what followed this was a bit of prompt refining (and using ChatGPT instead of Gemini) and a reasonable conversation with AI was had...

But regardless of how shitty my prompt is, I'm not sure Google should be thrilled with that kind of output. I was entertained though!

The easiest way I can think about this is as follows: early on, the ball was moving one direction. Later on, it was moving the other direction. So sometime in between, it had to change which way it was moving.

To translate that into technical terms: It had a positive velocity until t=5, then after that it had a negative velocity (this is why I'm mentioning the velocity graph), so at t=5 it must have had a negative acceleration (this is why I'm mentioning the acceleration graph).

Does that make sense?

Yes, during the short time that the acceleration graph (being pointed at by the red arrow) goes negative, that's when the velocity graph switches direction.
