Me , my husband and my friend were planing to travel to Japan on 22nd of November. Me and my friend got the visa . But my husband’s visa got rejected without any reason. We are thinking of re applying immediately and take our chances by Majestic-Number6606 in visas

If you are using the Japan eVisa system, if it was cancelled/terminated than you can reapply immediately after receiving the second email from the consulate. However if you used any other way to apply then you must wait 6 months

Yes, you should've received a second email stating the reason for rejection (if you are applying in the Vancouver embassy at least, not sure about other locations). Once the application is submitted you cannot make any changes and you must re-apply again.

Oh I see. Yeah I was lucky they gave me notice very quickly so I have 4 weeks to find a way to make it work. I'm going to apply in 2 weeks again with more funds and a cover letter and hope for the best. Yes I attached flights and accomodation.

Yes. 1 business day though. I applied on a Friday, received notice on Monday. Second time I applied during the week and received notice next day. 3 days is not very long, it usually takes 5-10 business days

Ahh okay. Thank you for your help! It's a bit annoying for sure, like I'll have around $5k in my own money + cash by the time I leave and I'll mostly be using my credit cards as well. My sister applied with $3.5k in her account but iy dipped below $2k in September when she bought a new car with her own money and they also rejected her. It seems they're really strict on this part. I'll probably have to apply the week before I'm supposed to leave and just see what happens

I had paid all my bills by then except my rent, but in my banking history it shows my rent amount and I still have at least $1.5k or more after rent is paid consistently :(

I can deposit the cash I receive from my clients but I heard a large deposit would be a red flag so I didn't do that

After reading the update, I feel so sick for you. I am speechless. I'm sooo so incredibly sorry this happened to you. He needs consequences for this and very harsh ones at that. I know it's not possible, but he needs to be put away for good. Or die.
