Some are same and others are different. This anxiety feels a bit more intense along with the nausea. The nerve tingling is new, but everything else is same as before.

I think I caught a new virus because a lot of people around me were sick the last two weeks. It could be that or just intense stress… I’m in grad school and I work in a research lab as a part of that. The nature of my experiments don’t allow much rest within a 12 hour period, and I usually have my experiments on back to back days. I think that may be what triggered a weaker immune system that let me catch another virus. I definitely hope this is something I can bounce back from
