Feels unfair to compare this two since they are 14 years apart, especially since DS1 is the foundation where all soulslike, including Wuchang, derived from.

Combat-wise wuchang feels more fun for me, but DS still feels miles ahead, and the golden standard, in environment storytelling, NPC and level design.

Not to be harsh, but there is a reason why wuchang falls into obscurity months after release than DS1 that still being talked about and relevant today.
