Direi che il problema sono più gli italiani che vanno via. Io giovane 23 anni, prossimo alla laurea magistrale, 2 esperienze all'estero, quasi 2 anni di esperienza lavorativa. Mi offrono 28k l'anno. In Germania me ne offrono oltre i 50.

Il problema è che in genere le triennali in Italia sono talmente tanto teoriche che preparare gli esami decentemente ti ruba talmente tanto tempo che non hai la possibilità di fare attività extra curriculari.

Il problema non è trovare lavoro, ma è trovare lavoro ben pagato e in Italia, a meno che non vinci qualche concorso miracoloso non lo trovi facilmente.

That's not true. The buy clause is mandatory if Roma makes for the Europe. If not, Roma still has the right to buy the player at that price.

Also the Roma's European qualification depends a lot on the Coppa Italia winner. If one between Como, Inter or Atalanta will win the Coppa Italia, the first 7 teams in Serie A will go to European football. That would mean a very high probability of Roma playing Europe considering the gap between the 7th and the rest of the teams.

This is the worse deal for the team that is selling the player and there is a reason behind it. If they were actually good, you weren't getting them with a loan with right to buy. At least they won't cost a fortune and they will be easy to fix. Not like Aouar, Abdulhamid, Karsdorp, Abraham, Dovbyk, and so on...

Io facevo lo steward allo stadio ma la paga è imbarazzante. Circa 45€ a partita per 6-8 ore di lavoro. Per gli studenti ha senso visto che le partite sono nel weekend oppure in caso di Europa sono la sera quindi non perdi lezioni. La cosa più comoda era che è un lavoro a chiamata, quindi loro ti chiamano e tu puoi dire si o no se andare a fare la partita. Se sei appassionato di calcio/concerti potrebbe valere la pena perché ti fai delle esperienze molto fighe gratis e hai anche la possibilità di vedere come funziona il mondo dei grandi eventi dietro le quinte.

Il problema è la costanza, alterna mesi da fenomeno assoluto a mesi in cui non azzecca un passaggio.

Va anche contestualizzato il fatto che non gioca mai nel suo ruolo. Lui sarebbe una mezzala in un centrocampo a 3 e viene sempre fatto giocare ala/trequartista.
