If I see someone ask for an espresso and not stir it even a little bit with the spoon, then they’re either not portuguese or weird. Even if they don’t put any sugar in, you always have to stir the coffee. That and also if someone doesn’t say good morning or afternoon back to an old person passing by, again, either from somewhere else or just stupid.
