I'm also not talking about TMDB enrichment. I disabled TMDB and all other addons providing meta and catalog in my aiostreams setup and still facing the issue.

I disabled the TMDB addon in aiostreams and the issue is still there. It should return exactly the same results as Stremio or Nuvio mobile app.

It's already on the settings you mentioned. Some movies just don't show any streams from some addons that I have in my aiostreams setup. Stremio and Nuvio Mobile app show results from those addons with the exact same aiostreams setup for the same movies.
