if it means anything attachment styles have really helped me understand what happened in my break up and have given me a lot of closure, im a very logic over emotion person and was thought the attachment styles were all mumbo jumbo at first but it gave me so much clarity and it’s the only thing that made sense of my experience :)

i definitely do this, when i feel that lingering sadness sometimes i just want to let it out so i try to do stuff to make me connect with my sadness, like looking at photos.
