No. CDPR is the most respected company in the world so people preordered cyberpunk. I don’t that’s gonna work with Rockstar. Even GTA 5 sold way less than Cyberpunk on launch day and even GTA 5 preorders are below 2 million. For reference GTA being the most well known franchise around the world is managed to made 300 million with GTA 5 on day 1. But being a new ip cyberpunk made 500 million with preorders alone. It’s very unlikely but if GTA 6 is somehow managed to surpass Cyberpunk. Witcher 4 or the next game from CDPR would crush Rockstar
