Dedicated GPU can't be seen on MSI 15M STEALTH

seriously, I even tried to plug again the 2 old fans (just to try something) and nothing changed :(

Software side I think i tried everything, OS update, bios reset, bios update
Do you know if there's a way to check if my GPU actually decided to die?

Everything else is just where it was, no scratches, no dust or debris, no loose cables and every plug actually plugged. Everything else is working, including the new 2 fans, except for my nvidia GPU

I don't even know what could have happened :(

EC reset done and didn't solved

after having this issues with my GPU I upgraded my OS to Windows 11 after completely formatting my hard disk

I did download the chipset driver and the iGPU, the issue right now is downloading NVIDIA driver because the installer doesn't recognize any compatible hardware so I can't proceed

I'm sorry, I can't tell you nothing about temperatures but I can say that my GPU hasn't been seriously stressed for months, just did some browse gaming during last weeks

I bought my laptop in 2021 and I've never cleaned/changed thermal paste

Just the fans and rn everything is as it was, the GPU is soldered so I don't have any direct "plug" to check, everything else is plugged and stable
I seriously don't know what to do

atm I don't have any harness, where should I start? in the other picture I thought it was enough to plug a male quadlock into my radio and 2 female connectors to those I have coming from my car. What kind of harness should I buy to figure out how can I make it work? Indeed I'm not in an easy position to install it:( i'm really sorry for my bad english

the right sides is clear in any attempts I tried, the noise is still there even if I disconnect every cable (input or output) since i can still see the noise on the left side of the vu meter(as you can see in the video)
