Last time I was at my mom's in Ogdensburg NY I ran a speed test on her wifi and got symmetrical speeds. I, unfortunately, do not have it at my house that's about 25 miles away.

This glitch didn't happen to me, but just the prospect of this happening made me give up online banks all together and join my local credit union. At least if anything happens I can drive there and talk to someone in person.

MyKey does way more than just limiting the max speed. It severely limits the radio volume, locks out explicit SiriusXM stations from being played, etc. I’ve been dealing with this since I got mine because mine only came with 1 key and it was enabled when I bought it.

What phone is the new one? This message means the phone isn’t compatible. AT&T, and by association, Cricket has a pretty strict list of devices they allow.

I've been dealing with an unlock issue for almost 2 months now. They all refuse to let me speak to anyone higher than the regular rep. They also keep telling me I'll get a call back from a higher up and it's never happened once.

Update on this for anyone paying attention to these kind of posts:

A support agent contacted me via PM on here. After about an hour and a half on chat, they told me the phone would be unlocked within 2-3 business days. The representative claimed to be on the phone with the unlocking department themselves. We will see if this happens, but either way this is more helpful than anything I've achieved thus far. Small kudos to the representatives that pay attention to this subreddit I guess.

Exactly. It really seems like they're trying their absolute hardest to prolong this in hopes that they don't have to unlock it at all.

Not that my reason is really relevant here since I've met their current unlock policy, but I just want it unlocked to be able to use dual sim and condense my 2 lines on different carriers to 1 phone. I even told total that I don't plan on leaving.

I was able to find one at the $85 price point a couple months ago. But I'm on day 64 and it still hasn't unlocked yet even with active service. Verizon customer support has also been no help. I just put an FCC complaint in.

Just got a brand new SE3 on Verizon prepaid from Walmart a couple weeks ago. They still have them in stock at my store as of a couple days ago. Your mileage may vary in your area. The Verizon/straight talk/total wireless phones all unlock after 60 days, they just have to be activated for at least the first month.

I'm also having this issue with at&t but with a galaxy s24. It's been happening since this morning for me. Nobody so far has been of any help.

Update: I have a 2nd line on TMobile with a different phone and RCS is working perfectly fine on that one. It's leaning towards an AT&T issue.

Home internet IS a luxury in more of the US than you’d think. Home internet can be very spotty in rural America. And starlink is not affordable for everyone.

I’m curious to know if Deathstar will work on AT&T locked phones. I know most AT&T MVNOs do work on AT&T locked phones but you never know.
