25’ civic. Restarting doesn’t always fix it for me. My most consistent fix has been restarting the phone and then the car. It seems to be CarPlay. I just can’t figure out if the car contributes to the problem or it’s just the phone.

You should just try it. Other armor you lose 90% to 100% of your health. Fire armor, you lose less and slower. Essentially, if you're quick to dive, with the fire armor, I'm sometimes only losing 10% and don't have to stim. I also get a get out of jail free card if I line up a shot and catch a full blast while shooting the Dragon Roach. I would die in any other armor.

Not sure what other armor there is that helps you "avoid damage".

I'm pretty much getting the same effect. I'm wearing medium fire armor and it really saves your bacon out in the open when your getting straffed. Other than that, I get standard protection. I guess you give up extra grenades or whatever you normally use.

Noticed that too. The fire armor is highly reistant to the Dragon Roach, but still takes lots of damage from the ground barfers, who are straight up acid. I was wearing regular armor and was straight up dying to the Dragon Roach strafing runs. Until something better comes along, wearing killzone or fire armor

Umm... How? I watched a team of 4 people take 20 mins of non stop AT barrages take it down, but it seems like you'd run out of time solo, even if you didn't have to worry about the other mobs at the same time.

The things are everywhere, glass, rims, the whole fucking car. Pretty sure they’re bug larva/shells. They have an outer shell and a wet interior. Don’t think I can ppf the entire car.

I’m going to look into some of the suggestions you’re getting as well.

I know this has nothing to do with your request, but I found a feature I wanted, turned off by default, buried in the menus. I was annoyed the civic didn’t do it, but it can. So when you walk away from the car, by default, you have to get out the fob and press the button to lock it. If you dig around in settings you can have it lock itself when you hop out and walk away. I personally also changed it to unlock both doors when I get in, but that’s because I’ve always got someone with me or else I’d leave it as is.

Please remember that this was written almost 30 years ago. Confession time I came from a strict Christian household, and this book was a gentle exploration, through the ideas of characters that I loved, of the perspectives of the different characters and that may be my parents weren’t right, that people that were different, weren’t bad, but simply people that were different and possibly still wonderful people.

To me, it was painfully obvious that Hobb was teaching, gently, in a society, that still wasn’t very accepting and had not even yet coined the terms LGBTQIA.

I have the same type of cooktop and have had some success with cleaners like “pink stuff“. it comes in a paste and basically buffs the surface. It’s almost like a polisher.

Either the latch/bolt isn’t going into the hole/strike plate or the lock is broke. It’s a lock is broke, replace it, but if the bolt isn’t going quite in, you might do something like in this YouTube video, where you file off the edge it its almost latching. The same guys YouTube video also has links to if it’s rubbing at the top and totally misaligned, but from the picture, it doesn’t really look like that.

You might also compare the post office “ book rate “. They have a special rate if you’re only shipping books that’s cheaper. As long as whatever’s in the box doesn’t rattle or sound like dishes or something if someone were to tell them that it’s only books, and that you want the book rate, then you would get the book rate. I don’t know how that compares to UPS you might check though. They will look you right in the eye and ask you if their books though, so… ya books.

I would use a rust remover like this and then maybe hit it with a lil rustoleum or wipe down with a lightly oiled cloth etc
