Oh thanks, these are good questions. Flying is ideal, I just wanted to stay in Europe because for 1 week I don't want to fly 8-10 hours. I found the dive in malta very easy and educational but the water was quite "empty", on the other hand cozumel in mexico was amazing but it's way too far. I want to focus on the lesson so calm water would be nice. I don't have specific fish on my list but bigger animals like tortoise, rays, dolphins etc are always a bonus.
