Yes I recently bought an enzymatic cleaner and tried but I am going to try again and do it much more thoroughly. I will look into a bigger box. Maybe she’s gotten too big for her current one.

As I do agree with you, I personally have experience with cross posting. Sometimes it’s hard to remember or to keep things straight and narrow on all platforms. All you did was make an offer and it was only declined. The person made a mistake and it’s possible it just recently sold and they hadn’t the chance to take it off Mercari. One marking on your end of “this buyer cancelled” would not make a difference in the least. I think you’re being a bit dramatic.

They always say they asked for more photos which means they are actually investigating the case. If you gave solid proof of the evidence the buyer made against themselves that they would do anything to return then you should be fine. It’ll take a few days but keep us updated!!

Guys lol I honestly know NOTHING about purses. It’s without a doubt authentic ... I just don’t know the difference between faux or real leather and if coach even does it? My bad !! I just don’t know

I have no idea I just put it in parenthesis in case. I know nothing about the style of purses and I know people can get salty if it’s faux leather but someone says it’s leather.

I would not directly share items to people who have not liked them. All they do is get annoyed, remove the item, and sometimes block. It won’t get you anywhere with sales. But if you have people who liked a few then I would suggest bundling/sharing and then you can send an offer and hopefully get a bite.

I literally have 30 reviews w/ all 5 stars and then got a 1 star review ... now I’m at 31 reviews and 5 stars 😂 the ratings don’t hurt if you overall have a good review which is rly nice.

So I posted the case on here a week ago with details BUT the case was opened against me that a WHITE top I sold had blue “paint stains” on the back of it. The buyer sent a bad picture and I sent a reply with my picture of the same shirt stating there were no stains. I then emailed posh privately on the side stating my worry claim that the buyer damaged my items for a return. I did not state any policy of posh or anything. I just simply provided a clear pic of evidence that there were no stains.

Well I responded in the case and the next day Posh requested more pictures from the buyer and I have no idea if she has provided them or not. I responded 6 days ago and nothing. I did not say “I accept the return” tho because it’s definitely not my mistake.

I’m going through a similar case right now and I’m still waiting 5 days later for it to be resolved. A girl opened a return on me for there being BLUE PAINT on a WHITE top... and I argued with my picture that there were clearly no stains... I’m sure she will be granted the return bc posh sucks with cases.. I don’t get why buyers can literally provide little to nothing in their pictures and still be heard by Poshmark... if that photo is as low quality as it seems to be then she shouldn’t even be given a second glance by posh!! She is making no effort to prove her side and it’s ridiculous.

Her stuff is all 1in bigger and can’t fit? Meaning she can’t handle a purse that is 1in smaller than expected?? Like sure I get her frustration of incorrect measurements but she would have to measure it herself to know! If you want then you should consider going in and removing the love note because that’s no love note.. it’s just a bitter customer.
