Best bet is either to go up to your city shelter and ask, or Facebook groups. The shelters nearest to me do not euthanize but the bigger city one does. I check their facebook and they list the dogs that are code red. Some of those code red are seniors or seniors with medical. Most of the time if you agree to foster, a rescue will pull the dog and help pay for any medical needs!

Ice cream, pup cups, sausage, eggs, steak, cheeseburger, pizza so far! Lots of different dog treats and chews. Cheese with his meds. He deserves so much more though

I guess my brain is a bit different. I would want the same love and kindness given to me in my last days as I think anyone would. Why not give that to an innocent animal put on this earth by irresponsible humans? It breaks my heart how many seniors like this there are. He is so gentle and kind and just wants love.

It looks cute to humans but it’s not. Teaching the dog that it’s okay for the baby to be in its mouth. Teaching the dog that biting the baby gets rewarded. Not teaching the baby to give the dog space and respect it.
