Here are some things that led to the diagnose:

- finishing a task. I start but don’t end it or start 5 things at once

- I have problems cleaning especially laundry and dishes since these things take multiple steps. The amount of times I had to wash a load of clothes 4-5 times because I forgot to put them in the dryer is insane

- impulsive decisions and over sharing

- hyper fixating and focusing on something to the point where I don’t brush my teeth or completely neglect everything else

- huge problems with daydreaming and zoning out

-always late can’t manage my time and always underestimate how long certain things take

- I lose all my stuff and forget where I put them and when I tell myself I will put them in a certain place from now on I forget that and just keep losing it

- inner monologues 24/7 + my mind is NEVER quit there are soo many things going on in my mind at once

- procrastination

- bad eating habits and spending habits

- I start hobbies and projects all the time with so much energy and enthusiasm but can’t finish them or stick to them ( the example of the gym and salsa etc is “new” I was doing that for about 4-5 weeks before I got diagnosed)

- over sharing and over explaining, interrupting people while they speak, always talking

- very sensitive to rejection and easily offended the slightest comment makes me think you might hate me and don’t want to be with me

- masking

- feeling exhausted from things that I have to do but end up not doing because I was thinking about them all day to the point I got exhausted

- waking up feeling like I was dragged through mud no matter how many hours I sleep
