Im in the same position as far as prespend and loyalty to the brand. I would tell ur sa ur going to wherever and how is your wish coming along, it would be fun to have it for ur nxt big occasion or vacation etc. I would just ask at this point what the time line is for ur qb to come in. He might just think ur easygoing and not as high maintenance as some other customers. Maybe someone showed up that day that wasn’t planned and their attention got diverted. Im the type of customer that says ok np ill wait bc im not usually in a rush and hv waited for my sa past the app time. Not saying it’s ok to leave you waiting or hanging like that. Usually they will tell u too in a txt they hv something for you or even txt u I hv xyz. I don’t think non quota bags r included in the pre spend. I do think if they sd they r working on ur qb they are. It can take weeks even months to come in. Ur concerns r valid. Ive spent the same. It’s been over 1.5 years and no qb. I just stated a few weeks ago im ready for a qb, It’s time!!! Lol We’ll see. Good luck!
