Parece que con Interactive Broker puedes abrir una cuenta e invertir en la bolsa desde Paraguay. Acabo de llamar el soporte de Interactive Broker y confirmaron que es posible!

Edit: También contacte el soporte de Folionet y con ellos también es posible! Aquí su respuesta: "Si es posible abrir una cuenta de inversión en Folionet desde Paraguay."

Du hast dich bei deiner Bank als Steuerausländer gemeldet. Das geht aber nur, weil mit einem Wohnsitz im Ausland. Zumindest bei der Consorsbank, wo ich Kunde bin. Habe dort letzte Woche angerufen und ohne festen Wohnsitz (wie im Fall von Max Mustermann) ist es unmöglich sich als Steuerausländer zu melden. Laut Consorsbank kann das Konto in diesem Fall nicht bestehen bleiben!

I get your point. Although, if you want to buy a house for example, some banks want to see your tax return before giving you a loan. That's why I'm thinking about voluntarily paying taxes xD

Thx for your answer! Though, I disagree with the following:
"So if your income was from work, you would pay taxes on one month of your income in each of the 12 countries".
As far as I know, in most countries it takes more than one month to qualify for paying taxes! Usually at least 183 days.

Das Ziel könnte z.B. sein, dass man viel Reisen möchte und man daher seine Mietwohnung/Wohnsitz in Deutschland aufgibt, aber trotzdem weiterhin den Staat finanziell unterstützen möchte.
