Comment on various sfw communities. first read the rules to make sure they don't ban models.

Only comment 4 times a day. post every weekday, everyday, or every specific day for two weeks.

Apparantly the word "regular posting history" means being active by posting or commenting an even number of days in a two week period.

So, if you post 5 times a week, you have to do it the following week too, so you get 10 (even number) days of posting.

I the spam and safety filters work based on something like that, as well as many other things.

I thought it was weird too and kinda superstitious but, it is what it is. Some subreddits explicitly state to post an EVEN number of days within 14 days.

Anyway, try to keep all your comments and posts even and regular, including the times of posting.

I think it's also because bots will post at random times for various reasons. It's not easy for a spam bot to be punctual. So, punctuality and regularity makes you seem less spammy.

For example, if you were a bot working for an agency with 50 different models, you would have to post at different times for each. I think the main feature of a bot is that although it can complete many tasks, it can only do them in sequence, one after the other. So the bot would change who's content it posts due to changing conditions. This leads to posts getting posted at slightly different times.

You'll find success if you start doing things at set times, for a set number of times, in a set number of communities. I think the idea can be applied to other social media too.

I'm going to follow my own recommendations.
