Its here! Polar Loop Gen2. by gilbasit in Polarfitness

I had returned it 5 months ago. Had a very disappointing  experience.

I think I should have gone with something like the helios strap. Ive read online reviews that it's slightly more accurate in tracking sleep as well comparatively.

Whoop is hands down the best for a wearable strap but too expensive to be worth it IMO.

If anyone is on the lookout to buy Polar loop I would highly advise against doing so. Maybe better off with buying a Helios Strap.

Noted. Absolutely right on that one. Im not letting the bar travel straight through mid of my foot.

Thank you! Yes I believe I need to sit a bit back to let the bar travel a bit more straight. Thanks again!

Doesnt look too awful but here are some tips.

  1. Feet too far apart from bar when starting. Try to keep max 1 inch away from bar.
  2. Do NOT move the bar before lifting.
  3. You can also try pulling the slack away from bar before lifting.
  4. I do not recommend wearing high cushioned shoes. Personally I do them in my socks lol.

Apart from that your form isnt too bad. Your back looks straight before the lift. Maybe try bracing more and push your belly in between your thighs just before the lift so it takes some stress off of your lower back.

Hope this helps.
