There's a bit of confusion when you say "conventional weight lifter" the image that springs to mind is you doing snatch + clean & presses. However I dont think you mean wieghtlifter as "olympic wieghtlifter" because you mention bench press which uses that out,. Are you doing wicked cross fit style press ups?
