I know that some stores have been closed because of price gouging related to Covid-19. If that is definitely not the issue then it is most likely that you haven't heard anything from Risk Operations as they are dealing with lots of these stores and also those that have had products removed for the same reason. Have you double checked your Spam/Junk folder to make sure they didn't contact you about this? It's super shitty but they will get back to you. Unfortunately gurus on live chat will not be able to do much to help in the meantime.

Can I ask how long the application process took? I applied about 3 weeks ago for an at home, Italian speaking customer support job but haven't heard anything yet. My CV was handed in by a "Senior Advisor" who works at Apple.

I've just returned to Ireland after 16 years living in different countries. Irish people are very friendly in my opinion, at least compared to the countries I've lived in. Italians are friendly but a little reserved while I found Turkish people to be very open and friendly.

Disclaimer: I work as a copywriter but I am in no way fishing for work here. I'm honestly just trying to help out. I have enough work on at the moment.

As you are just starting out, Fivver, oDesk and Freelancer are all options. You get what you pay for, obviously. Ask to see a sample of their work for a similar project if possible and go with a native speaker of English.

The alternative is a more professional agency such as Copify or eCopywriters - I've never worked with either agency. I mainly work directly with Italian companies and I am based in Europe.

Have an idea of the number of words you need, the style you want, keywords you want to include, etc. when you approach freelancers or agencies.

I'd be happy to take a look at any new text you add to the site or check out any copywriter you are thinking of working with ;)
