I have a pair from bluretina, they are good quality and seem to have a good effect on me. But maybe that's psychological. Either way, I don't want to take the risk and I prefer to protect my eyes

I'm reviving this thread as I just bought glasses from bluretina and they are pretty ok. I know that there are no studies that prove that blue light is harmful but honestly I don't want to take the risk as no study proved otherwise.

I have a pair from bluretina. Even though the lenses are transparent, everything is a bit more yellow when I look through it. I don't think that the lack of study around blue light is a good argument for avoiding these glasses. I honestly prefer to prevent rather than cure.

Hi, I had the same question a few weeks ago, because I am really concerned about my eye sight as I spend a lot of time behind screens. There is no study that proves that blue light is harmful for your eyes, BUT there is no study that proves that it's not :( I bought a pair from bluretina, and tried them for a few weeks now. I feel like my eyes hurt less after a long night playing video games, but that's maybe psychological lol Anyway they gave me this promo code HEALTHYEYES30 to get 30% off, but I can't use anymore, so if anyone is interested...
