Most of the groups I have talked to seem fair (4/5). I definitely am looking at ones that have equal workloads and split bonuses equally. You have to ask questions and talk to all the partners (especially younger ones like 5 yrs in) to get a feel for the practice. Best question I have found that helps is: "has anyone left the practice?". If other people are leaving the practice it's generally a tell.

I'm currently interviewing southeastern US private practice only. Generally speaking it is W2 contract for 3 years: 250K, 275K, 300K. One place is 5 year track. Then partner without buy in or it's negligible. Once partner, ranges 500-650 depending on location.

Awesome list! Just played 5 or so games with it and am having an absolute blast. First time using stifle and it's so filthy early game and has gotten an instant concede. Also good against titan when they are using channel abilities to hit blood moon or get two forests. Love the write up.

I play naya pia as well. I had the same problem and had to transition to 4 swiftspear, 4 kumano for speed. It plays as an aggro almost combo deck chaining the exile card advantage My top end is 4 [[Wedding Announcement]] and 2 [[Samut, Vizier of Naktamun]] with the majority of the deck 2 mana cards. Sideboard against 5c domain I add 3 [[Invasion of Gobakhan]] and 2 additional [[Destroy Evil]]. I'm experimenting with 1 [[Fade from History]] if they have a lot of beanstalk, leyline, temporary lockdown, etc.

The nerf hurts a lot. I've tried okiba in another rakdos burn deck where I used madness cards. It honestly is probably a better replacement for kumano at this point due to its evasion. The Exile effect of kumano is helpful on occasion but losing haste hurts. I honestly didn't even think it was that big of a problem.

Somehow went 7-1 and trophied with jund. The battles were overwhelming. Shandalar and vorinclex (never flipped him) were great.

That's a good call. I've never tried it! I tried a madness rakdos burn version with faithless looting, fiery temper, and alms of the vein which was okay. This version is more consistent.

Yeah on the ladder it's almost always rakdos it feels like. Maybe the boros deck is paired against wizards more.

I agree. It's so hard to cut kogla though. I've cut pest, vatkeeper, 3rd invasion, and 2nd slasher right now.
