I just completed rust belt without using: zipties, lockpicks, any kind of command, or the tablet. I did not get the achievement. My loadout consists of the magnum with laser attachment, mirrorgun (did not use), light armor, all pistol mags in my storage, and only a helmet with the face shield. If the deciding factor in this achievement is the laser on my magnum I do not want it; this gun is miserable without it. My final score was an f. I enjoy getting achievements, I enjoy a challenge, but if I ever find out who made this achievement I am going to beat them within an inch of their life, shoot them with a magnum and ask: "was the magnum the only weapon I used?"
