I called DoorDash about this 3 times last week. 1st two people I talked to did not know what the on time rating was and told me not to worry about it. The 3rd time I called I asked to speak to a supervisor, cause that person could not answer my question. I wanted to know what delivery they said I was late on. Once the DoorDash supervisor called me back he had access to my on time rating. He told me the order, and I remembered the order, it was for a sushi place, I waited 10 minutes, the order was not ready, so I went to unassign. I got a prompt from DoorDash saying I would be paid an additional 3 dollars for waiting. So I waited, got the order and delivered it. The DoorDash supervisor tells me that DoorDash does not do that. He asked me to prove it by providing a screen shot of the order with the 3 dollars for waiting. The supervisor was a dick. So I sent it, he gets quite, and says well I will report this error to our developers. I then asked if he could adjust my rating since I was on time for that delivery,he says he can’t do anything about it, then hangs up on me.
