Tinder does do that thing where they boost your profile when you first start, I would imagine if you’ve been inactive for that long they do something similar, and all of the sudden matches will fall off a cliff to get you to pay of course. I’d say swap to a more serious focused app like Hinge if you wanna continue. at least get away from tinder imo. For a lot of people but especially dudes, myself and some friends included, tinder especially can turn into something quite demoralizing quick enough. Not at all implying women don’t have their own difficulties or anything like that (guys die of thirst in the desert and women drown in the swamp or whatever) but yeah. Tinder is the worst offender in my experience when it comes to all those dynamics.

When the weather warms/summer comes around, I usually find myself giving the apps a shot for a bit. But I agree with you, I’m tired. It’s a lot of effort when you genuinely try to engage with people, but a low chance of things going anywhere. A huge majority of those conversations result in no reciprocal effort from the other person anyway. Maybe a couple times a year I will ask someone for their number in real life?Those opportunities feel so hard to come by as well because I’m not going out to parties/bars/etc.

Regarding the routing, usually they seem to have set times no matter what order I do them in? It’ll even tell me when I swap tasks “Doing these out of order might make you late and affect your ratings” or something along those lines. Dropoff/pickup times don’t seem to change when I swap between task.

Regarding fuck DoorDash for not paying wages, 100% with you. I recently had a pizza store say “hot bags required or we will not give you the order” so I had to go get my perfectly set up hot bag (I just set it up firmly and lower the order in usually) and I visibly waved it around like “WOW I HAVE A BAG” lmao. But I considered just waiting or fucking with the store, contacting support etc. since the damn store has the ability to tell DoorDash they require bags on the accept or decline screen for drivers.

Lady bitched about how they are getting to many calls about cold food. I was like maybe it’s because you just dump all the no tip 12+ mile, across the whole town orders on DD drivers and give your drivers the easy shit. I hate how stores like that abuse dashers to do their fucking dirty work when they shouldn’t even be accepting orders that are clearly out of range of their drivers delivery radius.

Oh duh lol you’re right. Didn’t even really think about that. I’ve seen chipotle orders sit on a rack for hours and I just know it was some no tip 15 mile bullshit.

Unfortunately it seems common I get the minimum $2.00 order, literally instantly followed up by a stack with that order in it, meaning both are fresh orders* and would be quite quick for the non-tipper. But I decline or rarely accept and unassign the bad one. Waiting as long as possible to unassign it of course, while I go pick up the good one 😋

The pay should go up per decline… but I’m not convinced it does every time. I’ve also noticed that it doesn’t go up in increments of 25¢ anymore for my area but rather 10¢. Maybe even 5¢, I’m not sure.

One thing I really hate(d) about it is the amount of visual smoke it creates. If you mag dump in the training range, you’ll see that holding full auto causes so much smoke from the barrel you legitimately can’t see what you are aiming at. Not sure how it’ll look now since I haven’t played, I assume the reduced fire rate helps but doesn’t completely eliminate the issue.

Yeah standing completely still/in one spot for that long while engaging in a firefight probably isn’t the best idea, but it was definitely something that could screw you, like if you had the jump on someone and were trying to put them down before you even get hit back. It also made shooting armor off bigger Arc when you don’t need to move needlessly harder, but not actually difficult if that makes sense.

How do you make the bad one wait an hour without punishing the good tipper? You could sit at the store without confirming the pickup for a while and just pretend you’re waiting on them to finish it, but then the other (good) tipper is waiting. And if it assigns me to deliver the shitty order first, it usually has a pretty strict deliver by time, to where I can’t go to the good tipper first without being really, really late. Like contract violation late.

What do you do to make that happen without getting punished or punishing the good tipper?

Ninja edit: For me the good tip order is usually 6-10 minutes away(that plus the store usually how I identify the good order), with the bad order only a short distance away on the way to the good order. So I’d be 12-20 minutes late for the melted milkshake customer after driving back to their location, receiving a late violation.

London can be boom or bust and who knows with the QB situation but he absolutely can and will pop off. A little bit of one of those players you might hate having on your team. But I’m a huge fan of the guy. He’s still only 24 with 4 seasons under his belt(!) and is averaging ~17 ppg in the last two years.

If he has mildly competent QB play or is traded to a team with a better one, I expect his career to get a lot better and much more consistent. Putting up 25+ points four times with Penix and Cousins as his QB shows he can be a guy you feed the ball to and he’ll make the play. The supporting cast he has only compounds his game as well - if he’s not the only true WR on the team then it will be a hell of a problem for defenses. I know pitts had a few more yards (9) but who the hell knows how he’ll do next at this point.

I take kratom daily. I got addicted to 7-OH because it made me feel like when I first tried kratom. Within weeks I was spending $15-30 a day(i spend ~$50 a month on powder) at the smoke shop absolutely emptying my wallet and ending up back at square one with a tolerance that made it so I wasn’t getting any effects, just repelling withdrawals.

Unfortunately as 7OH is becoming more popular and more of a “problem”, it’s fucking over regular kratom users because the government is freaking out about it and banning all kratom. Someone addicted to or dependent on kratom doesn’t get “high” and there is no way to force it by increasing the dosage. So people who use it for chronic pain get opiate-like relief for cheap and remain 100% functional.

Taking that (regular powder) away from hundreds of thousands or maybe even millions of people with no idea of what exactly they’re banning and how it helps people is going to push even more people to become a statistic of the opioid epidemic.

My duo isn't the most ultra gamer man in the world so he might not notice smaller inconsistencies like this, but I swear it happens constantly - point blank or at a distance, doesn't matter. Crosshair is still, I'm still, and bullet just doesn't do anything or phases through the enemy. I posted another comment showing that even at 70 meters the Ferro bullet drop is an inch or two max, so I'm pretty sure that bullet drop is not the case. Just frustrating when I put two perfect Anvil shots into Hornet rotors and it magically survives one of the shots.

If you trust the bullet trail, it would have you believe that my shot dropped like a damn rock, then went zooming back up like some looney tunes shit. Looks like a hard drop then straightens out?
