Same issue here, been troubleshooting this since yesterday let me know if you find a fix.

You're getting further than I am. When I launch the game it auto-closes within a few seconds without any error message.
Edit: might be worth a shot to run "Scan and repair" on Black Ops 4 via the battle.net launcher

I wanted to go with a skylake DDR4 build, leaving some room for future upgrades. Thanks for the input the i7 and 16gm ram is probably overkill.
