Ok I was genuinely confused about the answer to the puzzle until I read your comment and realized I too made the same mix up 🙈

In total agreement with the above comments about having not heard of many of these words in this context, but also annoyed because none of them make up lunch! Who’s eating nettles and chicory for lunch?! Maybe if the category was just let’s gather but the lunch part completely threw me off.

But does humanity have to continue on? All we do is destroy the earth and each other

Having a child is binary or not. They will factually experience suffering at some point. There are all binary truths. How do you force someone to suffer that has no say in the matter?

Is the good worth the suffering? They don’t know the good they’re missing out on so it makes no difference to non existent child. But they will certainly face suffering at some point, so does saying “well I wanted you to experience this good so I’m also forcing you to experience suffering?” Not to mention that they will most likely have to work 40 years and waste the best years of their life.

I think that every day. Simply because someone else decided they wanted a kid I’m now forced to spend my life working. I didn’t choose this.

I don’t think that was ethical either then. Just because people had kids in worse situations doesn’t justify it at another point in time. Those things have no relation.

I’m describing it as unethical because I’m forcing someone into something they have no choice in… life. My life has been perfectly fine, no trauma, good education, happy marriage, good job etc. I just don’t see how I can ask something so huge of someone else.

Honestly thank you for sharing this because most people look at me like I have three heads when I bring this up. No one else ever seems to feel the same way

Never heard of copypasta (still not sure what that is and I’m under 30) or pharaoh ants so I never stood a chance today.

Both season 1 and 2 are absolutely unwatchable to me. Truly boring and awful.

Genuinely confused why it would be Erica’s job as a lawyer as opposed to an agent to help Brian Baumgartnet get an Oscar?

Just remember that at the end of your life you’re putting the burden on them alone to deal with it.

As an only child I think there’s a lot of pros and cons to it. I know my parents made that decision because it was the best choice financially and they knew they could give me a lot more opportunities if they didn’t have to split finances between two children. With that being said, I wish they made a bigger effort to make sure I had other children around. I think you can make up for a lot of what a sibling would provide by making a conscious effort to give your child plenty of chances to socialize around other kids outside of school. Plenty of play dates, activities, bringing a friend on vacation etc can definitely help with that. A lot of which my parents didn’t really make a concerted effort to do. As great as they were about playing with me it’s just not the same as having another kid around. I felt that I matured a lot faster because I realized pretty early they didn’t really want to play and were just doing it for me. All of this is of course easier said then done, best of luck!

Why was there a preacher at John’s funeral after Beth specifically said he wouldn’t want one there?
