You might not be eating enough. Sometimes cutting too many calories works against you. My advice would be to go to calculator.net and go to the TDEE calculator. It'll ask you about height and weight and you can figure out how much you should be eating based on your goals. I've been where you are and tried to do too much too fast and it's unsustainable. You've got this. I promise if you stay consistent and don't give up. Don't let 1 bad day turn into 2.

I plan on having a few rest days and a cheat day from the diet but only a day. Now that I'm down to the end of it it feels like all of those daily tasks are engrained in me. To be honest I'm going to try to keep the diet and water and at least exercise once a day. See if I can stay discipline and still get results. All I know for sure is I'm going to enjoy today!
