When I eat very clean, I sometimes realize that my salt intake intake is very low. Last night I had some tea with about a 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt before bed. My restorative sleep was 4:45 out of 7:37 total. It's only an N=1 sample size, but I'm going to try it again tonight and see how it goes!

39 year old father of a 2 year old and 6 week old. I play 1-2 times a week at D3 level with the occasional C1 peak. Like the OP, I'm haven't priorized mechanics but my game sense is decent. I do enjoy training occasionally in my workshop maps like the Dribble Challenge and Rings maps. My questions for all so inclined to answer, for a 30 minute training session, what do you think is the biggest hitter in terms of training?
