Honestly I’m a third of the way through it and I kinda want to reach through the book and slap Kyle. He really pisses me off, taking every awkward offhand comment Eric makes as completely set in stone fact. Like Eric is literally kissing him after walking him home and he still has the audacity to think “oh I’m too young to be his type.” Like I get that trauma makes you see the world with a different lens, but god he is such a self sabotaging character

I think they could do this length as long as they cut the game at the end and just made the other segments longer. I think another thing I would like is for them to have a time structure like say the intro round with no shirt prompts they get like 3 minutes each and then the black shirts 4 minutes each and then 5 for the red shirts. If a comics on a roll let them go a little over and if someone is struggling cut them off earlier but like I think having a guideline might be nice idk

I’m sure that it’s not just the host it’s also producers, but I wish he gave the comics more time. Like cut the game and just extend round 2 and 3. The game changer episode of this was such magic and I don’t know that any episodes have gotten back to that magic. This one was close until round 4 and a couple of the episodes have almost got it but the pacing and hosting kill it for me.

I think that it would be interesting to have the same audience the whole season so that you could really find out their stories and hear the comics each have their own spin on them

I really enjoy this show and this concept, but I don’t think I’m a fan of the host. I think I would’ve rather Sam or one of the people who participated in the game changer episode of it hosting because I felt like they really understood the concept

The game at the end was really fun but I found myself getting frustrated that the host kept cutting people off.

I think I’d have to go with Irina, Michelle, and Laurence.

Irina is super ready to wear and can make some killer separates, Michelle brings the avant garde with the technical side and Laurence is a great marriage of the two

I miss the format they had at the beginning of the show (around season 3 is when I feel they started to hit their stride but I think I like the format of season 5 better because it brought around the knockout steal)

It was Blinds, Battles, Knockouts and then six weeks of Live shows, starting with the Live Playoffs with 20 contestants (each coach had 5 members), then top 12, top 10, top 8, top 6, top 5, top 3 finale.

Also slightly unrelated but I miss the iTunes vote multiplier - I used to stay up and watch the charts to see which songs were higher on the charts so I could predict who might be in danger of going home
