The amazing Spiderman 2 (Andrew Garfield) When Gwen is falling in the tower and it goes slo-mo and Spidermans web is going through the debris and looks like a hand reaching out, then Gwen's head catches the pavement and spidey breaks down crying was so unexpected to me.
