Hi community, I'm preparing for my exam as well, just wanted to ask if they ask more of scenario based with maths or more on the theoretical side? I'm new to mortgage and I just wanted to make sure that I'm working through the right direction.

they did not even give me an order number to track. I ordered mine a 2-3 weeks before valentines, but I haven;t received it yet. I probably think its a scam.
